Zucchini hummus
J’adore les tartinades, houmous, caviar d’aubergine, caviar de champignons… il y en a très souvent au frigo chez nous. Alors pour ne pas se lasser, il faut sans cesse trouver de nouvelles associations de légumes, de légumineuses, d’oléagineux…
Aujourd’hui, je voulais le plus simplement du monde utiliser les courgettes jaunes et vertes du jardin pour nous faire une petite tartinade façon houmous. L’idée est simple et la recette quasi identique à l’originale, il suffit juste de remplacer les pois-chiches par des courgettes.
A vos tartines !
Zucchini hummus
Ingredients (pour 4)
- 200 g de courgette
- 2 c. to s. de tahiné
- 2 c. to s. olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 petite poignée de pignons de pin
- 1 c. at c. cumin powder
- Salt and pepper
Description
Cut the courgettes into julienne strips and sauté quickly in a pan with the olive oil for 3 minutes. Book.
In a blender, put the cooled zucchini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, tahini, cumin and pine nuts and blend until smooth.
Season everything and serve chilled.
