Quand on a pas vraiment le temps de cuisiner ou qu’on ne peux simplement pas passer des heures devant les fourneaux, ce qui est pas mal mon cas ces derniers mois avec Mini-Mademoiselle, et bien on trouve des solutions pour faire bon et rapide et sans prise de tête soit dit en passant ! C’est dans ces moments là que je sors ma carte des légumes rôtis au four, et là je vous propose des carottes et des panais avec une petite sauce ail, parsley and olive oil to accompany these good vegetables. The result is melting, tasty and garlicky so give yourself a kiss before eating !!!

And then you'll always have time to do something else while it's cooking !

Carrots and parsnips roasted in olive oil, garlic and parsley

Ingredients (pour 2 people)

  • 6-8 carrots of different colors
  • 4 parsnip
  • 3 c. to s. olive oil
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 bouquet of parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 190°.

Wash and cut the carrots and parsnips in half or in quarters lengthwise depending on their size. Arrange everything in a baking dish., season and bake 30 minutes.

Meanwhile coarsely chop the parsley together., garlic, olive oil and lemon juice to form a sauce.

Take the vegetables out of the oven and pour the cold sauce over them..
