Mushroom lasagna
Few ingredients for a quick and easy recipe (what more could you ask for other than creamer? !!!), which I hope you will like !
- 8-10 lasagna sheets (fresh if possible)
- 600 g button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bouquet of parsley
- grated nutmeg
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 filet d'huile d'olive
- Salt and pepper
- FOR THE BÉCHAMEL
- 30 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 25 cl of fresh cream
- 25 cl of milk
- You sell
- Nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms if necessary. Put everything in a casserole dish with a drizzle of olive oil, brown over high heat and add the previously chopped garlic and bay leaf. Cook until the water from the mushrooms evaporates then add the chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- For the béchamel, melt the butter then add the flour, stir and let it take color to make a roux. Gradually add the milk and cream, stirring well.. Season with salt and nutmeg.
- In a baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil and cover with 2 or 3 lasagna sheets. Then alternate twice, the mushrooms, béchamel and Parmesan ending with béchamel and Parmesan
- Bake 35 minutes.

8.11.15Bonjour,
I tested the recipe with porcini mushrooms and I really liked it, however I found the quantities of béchamel much too thin (maybe I missed something...) so the first layer of dough (below) was not very well cooked and the others were good, simply the béchamel was insufficient and not creamy enough 🙁
Emilie
8.11.15Thank you very much Lucy ! On the other hand, I don't know what could have happened with the quantity of béchamel., maybe the size of the dish ?!

12.1.16Tonight will be the second time I make this recipe.. We were won over ! I'm a brand new vegetarian and I found this compromise to replace my mom's meat lasagna that I loved so much… Mister being carnivorous, he doesn't mind the dish. He always has slices of ham to fill ^^
Thank you for this delicious recipe Emilie !

14.1.16Thank you very much Ingrid, I am delighted that my little dishes have been adopted 😉
