Fried Noodles with Vegetables – Japchae {vegan – sans gluten}

I can tell you that noodles have a great discovery, because apart from the fact that they are delicious and pretty when cooked, they are also gluten-free and it's not bad because it changes rice vermicelli ! Since we tested these noodles we have become addicted at home, everyone loves them, so I always have a packet in stock in the cupboard in case you want some noodles (not crazy the wasp !).

In short, the recipe is quite simple., no big manipulations and no overly complicated ingredients, (you know how to know me now and that's what I favor around here) so no reason not to test ! My little finger tells me that you are going to let yourself be tempted !
