On commence la semaine en se mettant au vert avec un recette qui je suis sûre vous interpellerail s’agit de pâtes à l’avocat. Monsieur est un grand fan de pâtes et moi une grande fan d’avocat, alors l’idée m’est apparue comme une évidence (ne vous inquiétez pas, je n’ai pas des vues de l’esprit…though !!!).  Quoi qu’il en soit, cette sauce à l’avocat est cémeuse à souhait, légerement acidulée et relevée par les baies roses, et la texture de la ricotta rôtie par dessus est une merveille !!!

Ingredients (pour 2)

  • 200 g de pâtes eliche
  • 1 attorney
  • 200 g the ricotta
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Pink berries
  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 210°.

Put the ricotta as is in a baking dish, season and pour a drizzle of olive oil on top. Bake 20 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as directed on the package..

Meanwhile prepare the sauce by mixing the avocado flesh, lemon juice, a pinch of pink berries and a quarter of roasted ricotta. Season the mixture.

Serve your pasta with the avocado sauce as well as the roasted ricotta and pink berries on the side.

      Pink berries, you can find them at the organic store or in a good grocery store, tell me if you can't find any, I will bring you some.
