Pancake cake with black sesame and raspberries in mounted piece {Battle Food #15}

Bon d’accord, j’ai un peu (mais à peine) détourné le sujet, car il s’agit d’un gâteau de pancakes, But the pancakes are called pancakes for our Quebec friends, it works no ?!!!

Yes so the pancake cake is more than greedy, But to lighten everything a bit (Yes it's not that we just spent the holidays and the epiphany but good…), I have concocted a version without fat and with raspberries. Well I know it's not the raspberry season at all but a desire is not really controlled, So I chose frozen. And then in terms of color… No no it's not chocolate, But it comes from the black sesame paste from which I'm crazy at the moment !

Turn over your pancakes and cook on the other side about 30 seconds. Of course you have to form your smaller and smaller pancakes to form the different stages of the mounted part.
  4. Prepare the raspberry puree by mixing the raspberries and sugar with a spoon, crushing all roughly.
  5. Mount the different floors by adding raspberry puree between each layer, then decorate with a few whole raspberries on top. Sprinkle with icing sugar to finish.
