J’aime bien ne rien gâcher en cuisine, alors quand j’ouvre une courge je récupère les graines pour les toaster.

Vous pourrez ainsi les déguster en apéro ou en saupoudrer sur vos salades, soupes ou risottos !

Ingredients

  • Les graines d’une courge de votre choix
  • Olive oil
  • You sell

Description

Séparez les graines de courge de la chair et lavez-les.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Disposez-les sur une plaque allant au four, ajoutez un filet d’huile d’olive et du sel.

Graines de courges toastées

Bake for 15 min and stir halfway through cooking.

    This is really a great idea. Personally, I would choose to sprinkle it on a salad :) (it's too hot to enjoy a good risotto and I'm not much of an aperitif)

    I love that. It replaces peanuts in my diet. I don't even use olive oil for my part. I find that salt is enough !

    Thank you for these instructions ! I have never reused the seeds from my pumpkins or zucchini… But I want to try !!! Once they are in the oven, How long can they be kept in an airtight container? ?

    I would love to do it, it looks famous, but separating the seeds from the flesh of my butternut squash seems quite tedious to me. Is it because it’s not the right variety of squash to make it?, or do you have a technique to separate the seeds from the inside of the squash ?

      Not really a trick, I confirm that it is a bit tedious !!! But this is easier with butternut squash or pumpkin. !

    Bonjour,

    Cooking in the oven allows them to be shelled ? because in the trade they are shelled.

    I then imagine that they “explode” in the oven ?

      Bonjour, no they do not explode in the oven but the shell grills and becomes completely edible !
