Mini Indian-style mango crumble casseroles

Suite au défi lancé par Yes Mademoiselle, je me suis lancé dans la réalisation d’un crumble qui devait contenir obligatoirement de la mangue et de la noix de coco. Bon bon il faut dire que le défi à été lancé il y a un petit moment déjà, donc mea-culpaj’espère que cela en valait la peine !!!

Voici donc une version pas comme les autres du crumble de mangue, puisqu’elle est salée ! Yes Yes Yes, de la mangue façon curry, recouverte d’un crumble de noix de coco. It's amazing, It's good, il ne vous reste plus qu’à essayer !

Mini Indian-style mango crumble casseroles

Ingredients (pour 4)

  • 1 mangue mûre
  • 1 doigt de gingembre frais
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 c. to s. grated coconut
  • 1 c. to s. vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of chilli
  • Salt and pepper

For the crumble

  • 60 g of flour
  • 40 g of butter
  • 15 g grated coconut
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Peel and cut the mango into small quarters then put it in a salad bowl. Then add the spices as well as the coconut and season.

Mix together the peeled ginger, the peeled garlic clove and the oil to obtain a paste. Add it to the mango then mix.

Then add the spices and coconut and season. Divide the mixture into the mini casserole dishes and set aside..

For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together and sand them with your fingertips to obtain a crumbly mixture. Spread over the mini casserole dishes.

Bake 20 min.
