Mini Indian-style mango crumble casseroles

It's amazing, It's good, il ne vous reste plus qu’à essayer !
Mini Indian-style mango crumble casseroles
Ingredients (pour 4)
- 1 mangue mûre
- 1 doigt de gingembre frais
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 c. to s. grated coconut
- 1 c. to s. vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch of chilli
- Salt and pepper
For the crumble
- 60 g of flour
- 40 g of butter
- 15 g grated coconut
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Peel and cut the mango into small quarters then put it in a salad bowl. Then add the spices as well as the coconut and season.
Mix together the peeled ginger, the peeled garlic clove and the oil to obtain a paste. Add it to the mango then mix.
Then add the spices and coconut and season. Divide the mixture into the mini casserole dishes and set aside..
For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together and sand them with your fingertips to obtain a crumbly mixture. Spread over the mini casserole dishes.
Bake 20 min.

Enjoy hot.
