Release of the book : “the bloggers invite you to an aperitif” Ed. Larousse
Non vous ne rêvez pas, je vous annonce aujourd’hui la sortie d’un deuxième livre auquel j’ai contribué : Cook & Blogs « les blogueuses vous invitent à l’apéro » aux Éditions Larousse. C’est donc avec autant de plaisir que pour mon premier livre les blogueuses cuisinent vegan, que j’ai collaboré avec la maison Larousse et crée en un rien de temps (15 days), 5 recettes d’apéro créatives et pas prises de tête !
Au menu de ce livre : 50 recettes d’apéro, tips for every day and a double page presentation of each blog. It is therefore 5 de mes recettes exclusivement créées pour ce livre que vous découvrirez. Come on, je vous donne deux des recettes, des feuilletés au pesto de menthe, feta et kumquats et des minis galettes de maïs et guacamole que je vous montre ci-dessous (no don't beg me, you won't see anymore !).

It was a very enriching and stimulating experience to collaborate on these two works with Éditions Larousse. So I hope that this collaboration will not end there and as I said why not a solo work (publishing houses if you hear me !).

Just the cover of the book and the photo of your corn pancakes make you want to buy it… What I will hasten to do. “Aperitifs” are always a headache to succeed when you want originality and… “good” 😀
