Butternut squash soup with Espelette pepper and grilled ravioli

And to accompany all this, un petit velouté de courge butternut relevé au piment d’Espelette, because yes spring is desired, so we take the opportunity to taste some good little soups !

I don't often eat ravioli but when I do it's often gratinated. I really want your soup, plus I have some Espelette pepper at home and I don’t really know how to use it, that's a good idea.
