Wok of soba noodles with vegetables and peanuts

And then there are the soba noodles, with their buckwheat flavor (far from their Brittany !) …hmmm i love it !

A basic recipe that you can add little extra things if you feel like it, like chicken, shrimps… I say that, I say nothing !!!

Wok de nouilles soba

Wok of soba noodles with vegetables and peanuts

Ingredients (pour 2 people)

  • 100 g soba noodles
  • 1 small chinese cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g mung bean sprouts (bean sprouts)
  • 1 small handful of peanuts
  • 3 c. to s. soy sauce
  • 1 c. to s. mother's country
  • vegetable oil

Description

Chop the cabbage and cut the carrots into rounds.

Cook the soba noodles as directed on the package. Drain and reserve.

Heat the oil in a wok then add the carrots, let it cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Then add the cabbage and sauté 1 minute. Pour the nuoc mam and soy sauce over the vegetables then add the noodles and mung bean sprouts.

Stir and serve immediately with the coarsely chopped peanuts on top.
