Rose water heart cookies
Rose water heart cookies
Ingredients (pour une vingtaine de grands biscuits)
- 420 g of flour
- 200 g cane sugar
- 190 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 10 cl d’eau de rose
- Du colorant rouge
Then add the flour and salt and continue to beat for 2 minutes so that the flour is completely absorbed.
Form a ball of dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 4 mm environ.
Cut out with a cookie cutter then set aside to cool 20 min.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Bake the shortbread for 12 minutes ( there should not be any coloring).
Good tasting.
