Buckwheat flour blinis

Buckwheat flour blinis
Ingredients (pour une vingtaine de minis blinis)
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 30 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of buttermilk (fermented milk)
- 10 cl of milk
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Description
Mix together all the dry flour ingredients, yeast and salt.
Melt the butter then beat the eggs with the buttermilk and the milk then add the melted butter. Then mix the two preparations using a spatula without working the dough too much.
Heat a little oil in a pan, then form the blinis by adding spoonfuls of dough into the latter. Leave to cook over medium heat 2 minutes, The time that small bubbles appear on the top. Flip your blinis and cook on the other side approximately 30 seconds.
Continue until the dough runs out.

Let cool and serve with tzatziki, good aperitif !!!

29.7.17Bonjour
I would like to make these blinis but when reading the ingredients I read : 20 cl of buttermilk and 10 cl of milk.
But during the recipe the milk disappeared…whoops.
Should I put 30 or 20 cl of buttermilk ? Thank you for your response. Have a nice gourmet day Virginie
Emilie
31.7.17You must mix the milk and buttermilk at the same time in the preparation, It’s a forgetfulness (corrected) in the recipe sequence !
Nice day đŸ˜‰
