Vegetable rice cakes, lentils and pumpkin {sans gluten, vegan}

Because yes, d’autres recettes gourmandes sont à venir… (suspense !)

26.2.13I also love vegetable pancakes, I sometimes make it with leftover rice from the day before. It’s a good idea to add pumpkin and lentils., I will think about it next time.

29.10.14It looks sooo good!!!
I would love to try this kind of thing at home but it’s already meat-free., I won't be able to make the man swallow it without added sauce! An idea for a little sauce that could accompany this pancake?? Thank you and congratulations, I just discovered the blog by chance and I'm going through everything and drooling on the computer… oupss 😉

30.10.14Merciiiiii ^-^
Good then to convince the man to eat it, why not serve them with a Roquefort or Bleu des Causses sauce ?! Hot cream in which we melt the blue cheese, salt and pepper and that's it ! Or otherwise I also thought about guacamole but it’s a little less of a sauce and it’s like vegetables. !!!
