Apple rhubarb squares with oatmeal

But this has nothing to do with porridge, the flakes remain crunchy…phew ! So I hope you like it too !

And worse, you are right, when we have such beautiful recipes and so many good things to discover, we can throw the N*****a into oblivion (at the same time I don't really like the taste of this spread, so good, for me it would be without regrets^^)

    Hmmm !!!!
I love apples, cinnamon (one of my favorite spices) !
Your squares have autumnal notes, et… they look so wonderful & yummy, that they really make me want to step on the accelerator, and to be transported in the fall to make them…
Oh… You won't blame me, dis, if I replace the butter with coconut oil (a sweet variant that is infinitely healthier and more digestible) ?
I know how habits (taste or other) can be sacred, more… your recipe is perfect ♥
It should be crispy and tender on top., and soft inside… Yum ♡

    Bonjour,
I made your recipe yesterday, by adapting to the contents of my cupboards : coconut oil instead of butter, spelled flakes instead of oats and buckwheat grains instead of almonds because I ran out of them ! And it was a treat, merci !
