Comme j’ai bien vu que les articles de légumes ne faisaient pas des émules (oui oui ne faites pas les innocents, je sais bien !), je vous propose une gourmandise pour le goûter, car oui je sais que vous êtes des petits gourmands ! Et quoi de plus gourmand et régressif que des palmiers feuilletés et en plus avec du chocolat !!!

Je sais aussi que vous aviez beaucoup appréciez la DIY chocolate-hazelnut spread, alors pour ne pas finir son pot que sur des tartines, ces minis palmiers rapides à faire seront parfaits pour votre goûter.  Monsieur et moi avons dévoré ces palmiers car c’est trop bon !

N’hésitez pas, In 15 minutes c’est prêt !

Ingredients (for about fifteen)

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on 4 mm and using icing sugar instead of flour so that the dough does not stick.

Spread the spread on top then roll both sides of the dough to the middle.

Reserve in the freezer 5 minutes.

Cut palm trees a small centimeter thick and place them on a baking tray.

Bake 12 minutes.

They are just too beautiful … and without soy ^^ The idea for the terrine would perhaps be to replace it with seitan ( you are not allergic to gluten ? ) but I'm not necessarily convinced … To try !
