Deux jours d’affilé du sucréoui je sais ça n’est pas raisonnableenfin si en fait ! Oui, car ces petits moelleux aux dattes là sont irréprochables (oui, oui j’ai bien dit irréprochable !) ! Pas de sucre (mis à part le sucre naturel des dattes), de la farine de blé complet, peu de matières grassesdes bonnes choses pour faire le plein d’énergie pour cette rentrée (not not, ça n’est pas un slogan pubque je suis en train de vous faire !). Anyway, les gens qui ont mangé ces moelleux ont été bluffées par le fait qu’ils soient vegan, well it must also be said that it is a fairly unknown cuisine for them !

Anyway, the word of the day is have fun !

Recette de moelleux aux dattes

Ingredients
  1. 350 g of dates (here from the deglet nour)
  2. 200 g semi-wholemeal flour
  3. 20 cl + 15 cl vegetable milk
  4. 50 g ground almonds
  5. 60 ml of neutral vegetable oil
  6. 1 packet of yeast
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°.
  2. Pit the dates then mix them with 15 cl vegetable milk to form a paste. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add the almond powder,the flour and baking powder then dilute with the oil and the rest of the vegetable milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin tins.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes.
