Egg casserole with wild mushrooms

We taste everything with a teaspoon with a petit glass of white wine (with moderation) to make it a perfect starter and that's it !

Egg casserole with wild mushrooms
Ingredients (pour 2)
- 4 free-range or organic eggs
- 15 whipping cream
- 1 handful of mixed wild mushrooms (here chanterelles and sheep trotters)
- 1 clove garlic
- A few sprigs of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Clean the mushrooms and brown them in the butter with the garlic clove over high heat for 5 minutes, then season and add the previously chopped parsley, book.
Break the eggs into the mini-casseroles or ramekins. Add the cream then the mushrooms.
Bake in a hot water bath for 12 min.

Enjoy with a good slice of country bread.

3.1.14Right now I'm craving savory breakfasts and think I'm crazy if you want, but your little casserole eggs I think would go down so well (OK, I'm going to try it without the mushrooms for the first time, but why not try it later?).
