Pancakes {without milk}

Pancakes {sans lait}

Monsieur adores them and only wants that on Sunday mornings (well I cheat and sometimes I do other things to him !), yes because Sunday morning at home is pancakes !!!

I advise you to start by making them one by one in the pan because the dough tends to spread quickly, and when you feel more comfortable, you can fit three per round (well yes because the breakfast’ it doesn't wait !) !

To try it is to adopt it !!!

  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 c. cane sugar
  4. 2 c. tablespoon deodorized sunflower oil
  5. 25 cl vegetable milk
  6. 1 c. cider vinegar
  7. 2 c. baking soda
Preparation
  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well. Add the eggs in the center, sugar, oil and baking soda. Mix with a whisk.
  2. Gradually dilute with the milk to obtain a smooth, lump-free paste.. Finally add the vinegar and stir.
  3. Heat a little neutral oil in a frying pan. Place a small pile of dough in the center and cook for approx. 2 minutes over medium heat (small holes should form on the top).
  4. Flip the pancakes and cook 30 second more.
  5. Repeat until the batter is used up..
  6. Enjoy hot !
