wholemeal blueberry pancakes

Pancakes complets

To be enjoyed at breakfast, brunch, to taste…finally when you want what !

Then pour in the flour, The sound, the oat flakes and the yeast in the previous mixture then dilute with the milk.

let stand 10 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan then pour a little batter to form your pancakes. add the blueberries on top and let cook 4 minutes on heat not too high, nor too weak so that the bottom does not burn and small bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancakes and let cook 30 seconds on the other side.

Remove from the pan and enjoy hot !
