Pizza dough house-made

Pizza dough house-made

Ingredients (pour 1 pizza of 30 cm in diameter)

  • 250 g of flour
  • 150 ml lukewarm water + 2 c. to s.
  • 2 c. to s. olive oil
  • 1/2 packet of baker's yeast
  • 4 g de sel
  • Provencal herbs, oregano, you peppers… (optional)

Description

Pour the yeast sachet into a container then add the two tablespoons of warm water over. Leave to rest without mixing 15 minutes.

In a salad bowl, mix the flour together, salt, the water, olive oil and sourdough to obtain a beautiful dough. Add if you want Provence herbs, oregano…

Let stand in an oiled container for 30 minutes at 1 hour.

When using it, Degas the dough with your fist and spread it on a dish to prepare your pizza !

    Hello Emily,
I don't see when we add salt to the dough?
I tested without salt (whoops) With 100g buckwheat 100g rice and 50 G Pois-chick but she did not go up and was very brittle when spreading it.. Well that said she may be very good, She is in the oven 😉

Superb recipe !!! I think you have to spread the dough about 2mm thick otherwise it is too large and too bubble..
I made the recipe × 2 so 2 pizzas, One at the base tomato sauce and the other crème fraîche with the identical garnish for both : beans, onions, pepper, goat, mimolette, Gruyere, raclette cheese !! Pizzas in the oven at 200 ° C for ~ 13 minutes is a treat !!!

    Good evening
