Wild mushroom ravioli
Quoi de mieux qu’une balade en forêt pour aller ramasser de bons champignons ?! Et bien par chez nous, c’est une tradition à l’automne de partir à la cueillette de ces petits trésors et ce depuis que je suis toute petite (oui oui dès le berceau !!!). Des chanterelles, des girolles et des trompettes de mort pour notre plus grand plaisir car je l’avoue, les champignons sont mon péché mignon de l’automne ! SO, pour partager avec vous cette passion, je vous ai préparé un plat bien de chez nous, des ravioles aux champignons des bois.
Bon mais cette année juste un petit contretemps (qui n’en est pas un en fait !), With the arrival of Mini Mademoiselle, It is not very practical to go in the forest, Well but it doesn't matter we will catch up next year ! So thank you papa-maman for bringing us back from picking full of good mushrooms, This little dish is for you.


- 5 Royans ravioli plates
- 200 g of mushrooms (Here chanterelles and death trumpets)
- 1 shallot
- 20 g of butter
- 2 c. fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
- Remove the mushrooms from their land and quickly pass them under a net of water.
- Finely chop the shallot and put it to sweat in a pan with the butter during 10 minutes over medium heat. Then add the mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Finish by adding the cream and continue cooking for a few minutes. Season.
- Cook your ravioli 1 minutes in a large volume of boiling salted water. Drain.
- Divide the ravioli on plates and serve with mushrooms, It's all !

18.11.13I saw the recipe on Friday, I bought mushrooms on the market this weekend (Not knowing enough mushroom corners, I was not picking them myself;) But those on the market were already superb).
And There you go, I just tested the recipe.
Verdict : A pure moment of happiness !! A real treat.
