Ricotta ravioli, spinach and nuts

J’ai choisie une petite farce ricotta- épinard agrémentée de noix pour le croquant, but you can of course let your imagination run wild and, for example, replace the ricotta with fresh goat’s cheese., and spinach with chard leaves or sorrel ! And why not try the recipe for tonight ?!
