Release of the book : "Bloggers cook vegan" at Editions Larousse
Oui aujourd’hui point de recette en vue (ne vous inquiétez pas ça reviendra vite !), mais une super nouvelle : la sortie d’un livre auquel j’ai contribué : Cook & Blogs « les blogueuses cuisinent vegan » aux Editions Larousse.
C’est donc avec un plaisir non dissimulé (youhou) que je vous présente ma première collaboration en tant qu’auteur-photographe. Oui car quand Larousse m’a contacté pour faire partie de ce projet, j’ai bien sûr accepté sans hésiter une minute (danse de la joie !).
Mais qu’est ce qu’on trouve dans ce livre : des tas de recettes vegan, tips for every day and a double page presentation of each blog. It is therefore 5 of my exclusive recipes, 3 salty and 2 sweet treats that you will discover in this book, like a coral lentil and squash dal with coconut milk, or the chocolate tart and raspberry jelly that I show you below (no don't beg me, you won't see anymore !).
These recipes can be found next to 45 others (oui 50 vegan recipes, each more delicious than the other), in this book co-written with 9 other talented bloggers who are : Ophélie d’Antigone 21, Emilie d’Emilie Murmurs, Delphine from Mets Pleasure, Juliette of Juliette's recipes, Geraldine from My Sweet Fairy, Laurence of Small meals [green] between friends, Ellen they Vegetable Flavors, Mary of Sweet & Sour and Laura and Sébastien from VG-Zone.
This first test with Maison Larousse was a very enriching and stimulating experience.. So I hope there will be plenty of others and why not a solo work (publishing houses if you hear me !). Anyway, I'll see you in a little over a month for another surprise… Okay, I'm cool, I'll tell you : Two other works in the collection will be released at the end of April, Apéro and Pastry and you can find me with my recipes in Apéro !
