A day at Foodcamp in Grenoble
Chose promise, chose due, voici un récapitulatif de la journée que nous avons passé au Foodcamp de Grenoble le week-end dernier. Organisé par l’association Liaisons gourmandes, le Foodcamp avait lieu à l’atelier culinaire Et Toque dans une magnifique ancienne halle Eiffel du quartier Bouchayer-Viallet.
Une journée pleine de découvertes, au programme : ateliers cuisine, tables rondes et challenge culinaire, le tout dans une ambiance plus que conviviale et décontractée. Léa en a profité pour prendre de jolies photos de cette folle journée, je vous laisse donc découvrir tout ça !
A day at Foodcamp in Grenoble
On commence avec la préparation du co-lunching, Hummmm… ça sentait bon…
La découverte des lieux et du jardin… des plantes à frotter entre ses doigts et des découvertes d’odeurs plus qu’étonnantes comme les vieux gants de vaisselle, le goudron, les solvants ou encore le coca… enfin bref on vous épargne toutes les odeurs !
Les ateliers culinaires, wok, pâtisserie autour de la guimauve avec Thierry Court, pizza et atelier cuisine avec Sébastien Wlodyka ancien candidat Masterchef 2012.
Le challenge culinaire avec Emilie, en guest bien sûr !!! Au programme, 1 heure autour d’un panier local surprise concocté par Sébastien, 2 assiettes à dresser et un accord de vin à choisir… il va falloir être efficace !

Training time…quickly quickly all that's left is 5 minutes !
The jury at the time of the tasting… professionals who don't let anything show !!!
And the first prize goes to … (suspense)… Emilie (youhouuuuu !!!!) with a fillet of trout meunière with toasted walnuts, light puree with Vercors-Sassenage blue cheese and beetroot in two ways.
We are so happy !!!
