Grilled white cabbage with Lebanese spices and tahini sauce
Il n’y a pas si longtemps que ça je vous avais préparé de la courge butternut et des oignons rôtis au zaatar et à la sauce tahiné et j’avais adoré mangé ces si bons légumes. Alors comme l’hiver refait surface le printemps se fait attendre, pourquoi ne pas déguster encore et encore des choux ?! En plus une amie m’a ramené des épices du Liban, j’en ai donc profité pour cuisiner ces petits trésors !

Grilled white cabbage with Lebanese spices and tahini sauce
Ingredients (pour 2)
- 1/2 large white cabbage or 1 petit
- 1 c. to s. the zaatar
- 1 c. at c. with a mixture of Lebanese spices
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
For the tahini sauce
- 3 c. to s. the tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 c. to s. water
- 1 c. to s. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. at c. de gros sel
Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cut the cabbage into slices a good centimeter thick and remove the heart with a knife, then place them on a baking sheet. Add the zaatar, spices and olive oil then bake 25-30 minutes.
During this time, prepare the tahini sauce by mixing the garlic in a blender, coarse salt and lemon juice. Mix well then add the water and the tahini then mix again.
Serve the sauce with the vegetables and enjoy !
