Lasagnes courge spaghetti

Des lasagnes oui, mais une version végétarienne légère, fondante et de saison.
De la courge spaghetti, du fromage de chèvre et de la mozzarella, un mélange sain et savoureux qui saura vous étonner !

Spaghetti Squash Lasagna, goat cheese and mozzarella

Ingredients (pour 4)

  • 500 g de chair de courge spaghetti cuite
  • 300 g de pain de mozzarella
  • 200 g de fromage de chèvre frais
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 9 feuilles de lasagnes sans pré-cuisson
  • 2 c à s de crème fraîche
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Huile d’olive
  • Sel et poivre

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Mélangez le fromage de chèvre avec la crème, le lait et le jaune d’œufs puis assaisonnez.

Coupez la mozzarella en tranches.

In a baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add goat's cheese cream then 3 lasagna sheets.
Then alternate twice, squash flesh, goat's cream and mozzarella then finish with goat's cream and mozzarella.

Put in the oven to 30 min time to brown.

Good lasagna !
