vegan chocolate mousse

In addition, once beaten it is actually very neutral and the whole sugar gives it a caramel taste. So no, I'm not the first to set my sights on this new fashion for whipped chickpea juice., but I had to test that and offer you my version (yes and what's more it was the good excuse to have a houmous express !). Good dark chocolate, coconut cream and a splash of rum, in short, only good and without too many complexes… I can tell you that we had a great time at home !!!

Cooking is a game and an incredible field of experimentation, this chocolate mousse proves it well, so have fun customizing it to your tastes !!!

Your mousse looks terrible to me ! I'm not a fan of chocolate mousse but the vegetable one makes me want it so much, she seems much less disgusting.

Another product I didn't know about ! It's stunning, we can clearly see the foamy appearance in the photos. To try… without informing my “guinea pigs” beforehand to avoid prejudice 🙂

Silly little question from a non-vegan person : how do you go about whipping the chickpea into a bench?

    • Emilie
      29.5.15

You simply beat it with a mixer with sugar like real whites !
