Comment direces tartelettes aux cacahuètes et caramel beurre salé sont un craquage complet ! Elles sont un peu le diable en personne car quand on a commencé à en manger une bouchée, on ne peut plus s’arrêter ! Oui, car qui n’aime pas les cacahuètes (je m’excuse par avance pour les allergiques qui liraient ce post) et le caramel beurre salé, et bien je vous le demande ?! L’idée m’est venue un peu par hasard, je refaisais du salted butter caramel afin de changer mes photos qui dataient de Mathusalem (expression de la guerre), et là je me suis dit pourquoi pas une tarte aux noix… but since it’s not yet walnut season and I no longer have any in stock at home, I went to get peanuts at the organic grocery store… and this is how this recipe was born. Not much complicated in this recipe, just a dough to cook, a caramel to make and everything to assemble !

So I can only push you (not in a vacuum !) to make this recipe which is a little killer (yes like many desserts around here I admit !!!). Come on, I'll leave you because I'm still trying to remove these p!§*!! ads that appear ugly on the blog !

Peanut and salted butter caramel tarts

Ingredients
  1. 250 g unsalted roasted peanuts
  2. FOR THE PIE DOUGH
  3. 250 g of flour
  4. 125 g of butter
  5. 75 g cane sugar
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. FOR THE SALTED BUTTER CARAMEL
  9. 75 grams of sugar
  10. 25 g semi-salted butter
  11. 7 whipping cream
  12. 1 g fleur de sel
Preparation
  1. To prepare your sweet dough, work the butter and sugar by hand so that the butter becomes "ointment". Then add the whole egg and work the mixture again. Add the flour and salt all at once and mix until you have a smooth dough.. Form a ball and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  3. Spread the dough on the work surface and place it in small molds. Trim the edges with a knife if necessary and prick the bottom with a fork.
  4. Bake blank 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile make the salted butter caramel, to do this, make a dry caramel with the sugar. Heat the cream and add it little by little off the heat to the caramel. Stir well.
  6. Then add the fleur de sel then gradually the butter in pieces. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Spread the peanuts on the tart bases then cover with caramel.
  8. Leave to cool 1 hour before tasting.
