Pear crumble {vegan – sans gluten}

Deux crumbles d’affilée, mais vous allez vous dire que je ne cuisine que ça en ce moment ! Bon, après le crumble de tomates qui a mit fin à l’été (et oui il fallait bien quitter cette saison pour la voir revenir avec plaisir l’année prochaine !) voici venir le crumbles aux poires qui marque donc le début de l’automne dans mes assiettes.
Le crumble c’est le plat idéal quand on a moins de 40 min
(cuisson comprise) pour faire à manger et aussi lorsqu’on a des fruits ou légumes un peu abimés. Donc si vous avez des poires bien mûres cette recette est faite pour vous, si vous n’en avez pas ça marche aussi, hein, between us you just need to have some pears on hand ! You will tell me, what could be more classic than a pear crumble recipe? ?! Well think again, because I combined the pear with buckwheat and the mixture is as unexpected as it is perfect (Yes, just that !). So it’s a gluten-free crumble but if you don’t want it, replace the flours for a more “classic” result.


Pear crumble {vegan – sans gluten}
POUR 6 PEOPLE
- 700 g of pears (ici 2 different varieties)
- 80 g whole cane sugar
- 100 g brown rice flour
- 80 g buckwheat flour
- 140 g vegetable margarine
- 80 g whole cane sugar
- 30 g of raw sarrasin
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Prepare the crumble, to do this put all the ingredients together (flours, sucre, margarine and buckwheat) in a salad bowl and sand the preparation with your fingertips to obtain the crumble.
- Peel the pears and cut them into quarters then into cubes.
- Mix with the 80 grams of sugar.
- Arrange them in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Put the crumble dough on top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Enjoy warm !
