Pavlova with red fruits

Bon c’est choses faite, So I'll give you the basics with this pavlova with red fruits and its vanilla whipped cream, but you can do with it what you want. ! I like red fruits because their acidity goes well with the sugar of the meringue but it's also strawberry season so it's up to you. Anyway, have fun with this endlessly customizable dessert., both by the whipped cream that can be flavored and by the chosen fruits

Go to this, I wish you a good weekend, personally I'm already in the mountains to recharge my batteries for a few days !

  5. Make the whipped cream by whipping the very cold whipping cream then incorporating the sugar and vanilla, continuing to whisk so that it is firm. Put it in a piping bag.
