Bon je crois qu’on a maintenant un bon pied dans l’automne, deux semaines de froid et de pluie et hop les arbres ont commencés (Finally) à prendre de belles teintes jaunes et rouges. Du coup avec ce temps, on a clairement besoin de réconfort, alors que diriez-vous d’une bonne part de tarte aux poires avec une tasse de thé ou de café fumant ?! Avec un bon plaid (ou des chaussettes pilou pilou !), of course, c’est tout ce dont j’ai envie quand je peux enfin me poser ! Les vacances des enfants sont maintenant terminées et l’appartest bien calme en journée (even if I admit that it is easier to work with, hein !!!) !

This chocolate pear tart is crazy delicious,

and both super light and full of fruit. Pear/chocolate/hazelnut is a bit of a perfect match this season, and this chocolate shortbread is just crazy !!! Tart approved and devoured in no time by the whole family, which is not the case for sautéed zucchini !!! And if you have a pear tree in the garden or you have, quite simply, want other pear recipes, I recommend it chocolate pear where the chocolate and pear fondant.

Pear pie, chocolate and hazelnuts {vegan}

POUR 6 PEOPLE

chocolate pear tart
  • 190 g of flour T65
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 120 g vegetable margarine
  • 20 grams of sugar + 2 soup spoons
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5/6 pears
  • 60 g hazelnut powder
  • 50 grams of hazelnuts
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • To make the dough, mix the flour together, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. make a well, add the margarine and water and work the dough between your fingers until you obtain a non-crumbly ball (readjust the flour or water if necessary)
  • Roll out the dough on 4 mm then add the hazelnut powder, leaving 5 cm on the edges.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Peel the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds then cut them into slices. Then arrange them on the dough.
  • Coarsely crush the hazelnuts then add them on top.
  • Finally add the sugar then put in the oven 25/30 min.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie then add it to the tart once it is taken out of the oven., enjoy warm or cold.
