Pear Streusel Muffins {without milk}

So enjoy a cocooning day slumped on the sofa in pilou pilou with a good blanket to test this recipe that is just waiting for you !

    Ah so streusel is a shortbread topping to put on top of muffins? That’s good to know 🙂 It makes the cake more original than if you had made icing like you would for a cupcake.
    Not to mention that I find that pears always provide a more interesting fruity fondant than apples for example..

      It's true, I also love pears for that !
      I also like frosting but I often find it too cloying, there it’s more “rustic” !
      Have a nice weekend Pauline 😉

    mmm early in the morning I love it !
    Little question with what can we replace buttermilk?, or at least where to find some ? I see more and more of it in recipes and yours also tempts me. !

      You can replace the buttermilk with Yorick from the Yoplait brand I believe, it’s a one liter green briquette that you find next to fresh milk. Otherwise you can also replace it with Greek yogurt and a small can of milk to dilute..
      Thank you for your compliments 😉

      Sorry glitches 3 apples for responding so late !!!
      You can replace the oat flakes with other cereal flakes or remove them from the recipe. !
      I hope I answered your question 😉
