Thin tart with Saint-Félicien, pears, honey and nuts
Thin tart with Saint-Félicien, pears, honey and nuts
Ingredients (pour 2)
- 2 ronds de pâte feuilletée
- 1 poire acidulée (ici de la Louise Bonne)
- 1/3 de Saint Félicien affiné
- 1 c à c de miel de montagne
- Cerneaux de noix
- Huile de noix
- Sel et Poivre
Description
Preheat the oven to 190°.
Place the puff pastry discs on a baking tray.
Place the Saint-Félicien in strips on the dough discs.
Wash and cut the pear into quarters, remove the heart and cut the quarters into thin slices.
Add the honey on top, crushed walnut kernels and season.
Put in the oven 20 min.
Out of the oven, drizzle with walnut oil.
You can serve with a good salad !
