Avocado toast, hummus and pomegranate

  Tartines avocat

Finally, there it is, no big speeches, but just a little recipe that goes well with the sun of the moment !

Tartines d'avocat

Avocado toast, hummus and pomegranate
Pour 8 toasts
To print
Ingredients
  1. 8 slices of country bread
  2. 2 lawyers
  3. The seeds of half a pomegranate
  4. The juice of half a lemon
  5. 1 filet d'huile d'olive
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. FOR THE HUMMUS
  8. 100 g chickpeas
  9. 3 tablespoons of tahini (sesame cream)
  10. 1 clove garlic
  11. The juice of one lemon
  12. 1 tablespoons of water
  13. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  14. 1 pinch of coarse salt
Preparation
  1. To make the hummus, let the chickpeas soak the day before for 12 hours. Cook them in boiling water for 45 min to 1 hour (taste to check doneness). Drain and let cool. Crush the garlic clove and the salt in a mortar. In a blender, add the chickpeas and the garlic/salt preparation. Mix and add water, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini then mix again, the mixture should be more or less smooth.
  2. Put the toasts in the oven at 200°, 8-10 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil. Out of the oven, rub the bread with the garlic clove and set aside.
  3. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, peel them and cut them into thin slices diagonally then lemon them.
  4. Spread the bread generously with hummus, cover with avocado slices and finish with pomegranate seeds.
