Sapin de Noel cupcakes {To prepare for Christmas #6}
Je suis sûre que vous n’aviez jamais pensé à manger un sapin de Noël…! SO, pour cette sixième recette, j’ai concocté rien que pour vous, de jolis cupcakes en forme de sapin avec de jolies boules de Noël en décoration (elle est pas sympa cette fille ?!).

Sapin de Noel cupcakes
Ingredients (pour 6)
For the base
- 100 g of flour
- 80 g de beurre allégé
- 80 g cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. to s. of milk
- 1 c. at c. yeast
- De la vanille en poudre
Pour le topping sapin
- 125 g of mascarpone
- 70 g of butter
- 100 grams of sugar
- Du colorant verre
- Des billes de sucre
- Des étoiles en pâte à sucre la recette ici
Description
Pour la réalisation de la pâte à sucre vous pouvez utiliser la recette maison ici by dividing the quantities by two and adding yellow coloring to the preparation. Then spread the sugar paste and cut out stars using a cookie cutter. Otherwise you can always get ready-made yellow sugar paste.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix the butter and sugar with a whisk then add the eggs. Beat well together. Then add the flour and yeast to the mixture and stir using a spatula.. Dilute it all with the milk.
Divide the mixture into muffin tins lined with cases and bake 13 min. Take out of the oven and let cool.
For the icing, beat together the sugar and butter for 3 minutes to obtain a light mixture. Then add the mascarpone and the coloring and beat for a few seconds to incorporate everything well.. Place the icing in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle tip..
Form the trees by piping the icing onto the cupcakes from the bottom to the top.
Then decorate with sugar paste stars and sugar balls as Christmas baubles..
Keep cool before serving.
