Sponge cake with strawberries and whipped cream {without milk – sans gluten}

Les fraises et la chantilly c’est un vrai bonheur, then associated with the softness of a gluten-free sponge cake, it's the perfection (oui, oui, just that !!!).

A simple cake that will seduce everyone,

yes because clearly who does not like strawberries, iM asking you ?! As usual you can change things slightly, especially if you do not want to make a gluten-free sponge cake, simply replace rice flour and starch with the same amount of wheat flour. And if you don't have flowers, nevermind, you can also replace them with a little fresh mint or dill !
