Vegan cheese spread and roasted figs

So today I suggest you make this vegan cheese and serve it on toast on good bread with figs simply roasted in the oven.. As you can see I hesitated for a long time whether to do my series on a black background or on a white background., so I put both because in the end I couldn't decide, Anyway, I hope you like it.
Cheese keeps 4 cool days but when you have good bread on hand, I can tell you that it won't last long (tartine power !).

- 250 g of plain soy milk yogurt (here house)
- 1/4 bunch of parsley
- You sell
- Pepper
- FOR THE FIGS
- 6-8 figues
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- For the preparation of cheese, let the yogurts drain in a sieve covered with a cloth or a gas cooler for 24 hours.
- Collect the drained yogurt, salt, pepper and add finely chopped parsley.
- Toast some country bread and add the cheese on top.
- Cut the figs into 4 and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Bake 15 minutes at 180°.
- Serve with cheese toasties.

8.11.16Oh and I'll say it again here but I really, really like your recipe !
I make it with cashews and I don't really like it, it disgusts me, So I'm going to try your recipe as soon as possible :) !
Once again, your food styling cracks me up, I love the black background with the tender green of the leaves and figs. It's so delicious that it makes me salivate.!!
Kisses to you and thank you for the very simple recipe 🙂
