I really admire their work, The herbs are delicious and the mixtures of spice very balanced. In addition, I am delighted to have found spices and spices cultivated locally and in organic farming (If you know me well, You know it is close to my heart) ! I too am a big fan of tartinades of all kinds, based on legumes or not. Right now, My favorite recipe, It's the mint -broken pea, But I really like your suggestion. I recently discovered candied lemon, and since, I am addict !! He must bring here a nice touch of pep. Hugs and a nice weekend.

Oh and well I would test the Houmous of Fiddies that you speak to me because the pea-skills are really an ingredients that I put aside !!!
Nice weekend to you too 😉 🙂

    Bonjour,
I really want to test this recipe, Because I do not digest chickpeas.
The spices you are talking about are no longer in the store on the producers' website you are talking about.
Can you give me some spice ideas for this houmous?
    thank you for your reply.
