Zucchini lasagna, ricotta and tomato
!!! The zucchini are still crunchy and the cheese adds a touch of indulgence… yes we dare to have fun !
Zucchini lasagna, ricotta and tomato
Ingredients (pour 4 people)
- 600 g de courgettes
- 5 small fresh lasagne sheets
- 40 cl of tomato passata
- 250 g the ricotta
- 70 g of pecorino snuff
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Wash and grate the courgettes. Mix them with the ricotta and crushed garlic clove. Mix well, add half the pecorino and season.
In a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and a little tomato sauce. Add a lasagna sheet, then a layer of tomato sauce and a layer of zucchini. Repeat the operation and finish with a sheet of lasagna covered with tomato sauce.
To finish, add the rest of the pecorino on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

8.7.15Can we put sheets of dry dough without pre-cooking ? I have some in the cupboard and would like to use them…. Otherwise I had already made the recipe with fresh pasta and it was super good ! That's why I'm going to start over
Emilie
9.7.15Of course Marine friends it will be necessary to slightly increase the quantity of tomato passata in order to compensate !
