Mascarpone chocolate mousse

Hummm la mousse au chocolat c’est trop bon ! Mais là pour en faire un peu plus, je vous propose une recette ultra gourmande au mascarpone, attention je n’ai jamais dit que c’était light !!! More, pour compenser, pas de sucre ajouté, juste le bon goût de chocolat.

Je suis sûre que vous ne lâcherez plus votre petite cuillère !
Mascarpone chocolate mousse
Ingredients (pour 4-6)
- 200 g good dark chocolate
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 10 whipping cream
- 20 g of butter
- Du cacao amer en poudre (for service)
Description
Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre au bain-marie ou au micro-onde et laissez le tiédir le mélange. Ajoutez-y ensuite les jaunes d’œufs et mélangez afin d’obtenir un mélange lisse et brillant.
Beat the whites until stiff and incorporate the chocolate into the egg whites all at once, mix well.
With a whisk, mix together the mascarpone and cream to obtain a foamy whipped cream mixture, for this, both elements must be very cold.
Then add the cream-mascarpone mixture and mix gently.

It's ready but you can refrigerate before serving., finally if you can wait !!! Courage I believe in you !
Sprinkle with bitter cocoa for indulgence.
