Thin zucchini tart, tapenade, goat cheese and parmesan
Aujourd’hui je suis rentrée un peu a lot ric-rac à la maison pour faire à manger à Monsieur ce midi (oui oui les photos témoignent du manque de temps, Sorry), pour tout vous dire il me restait à peine 15-20 min. Et bien il ne m’a fallu que ce temps là pour réaliser entièrement le repas.
Un coup d’œil rapide dans le frigo, une pâte feuilletée, des courgettes et un petit brain storming plus tard voilà une nouvelle idée pour un repas simple et rapide !
Et en plus Monsieur à trouvé ça top ! C’est qui la super woman(oui oui il faut se lancer des fleurs de temps en temps !) ?!!!
Thin zucchini tart, tapenade, goat cheese and parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry or dough
- 2 small zucchini
- 3 c. to s. black olive tapenade
- 1/4 (or more) fresh goat cheese
- Freshly grated parmesan
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Spread over the tapenade.
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices, arrange them nicely on the dough (we still take our time !) .
Then add fresh goat cheese crumbs and a little grated parmesan then finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a little pepper.
Bake 15-20 min.
Serve hot with a good seasonal salad.
