Vanilla panna cotta and raspberry rose jelly

Panna cotta à la vanille

Let's go, tous en cuisine !!!

Vanilla panna cotta and raspberry rose jelly

Ingredients (pour 4)

Pour la panna cotta à la vanille

  • 40 whipping cream
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 1/2 c. at c. d’agar agar

For the raspberry rose jelly

  • 25 key of water
  • 100 g raspberries + some for decoration
  • 1 c. to s. rose water
  • A little red coloring
  • 1/4 dec. at c. d’agar agar

Description

For the jelly, heat the water in a saucepan with the rose water and agar-agar. Boil the water 30 seconds and add the coloring.

Put a few raspberries at the bottom of the ramekins and cover with rose jelly.

Book cool 1 hour.

For the panna cotta, heat the cream in a saucepan with the vanilla pod split in two and scraped. Stir the mixture, add the agar-agar and sugar, then bring everything to a boil 30 seconds.

Let the mixture cool then remove the vanilla pod.

Take the ramekins out of the fridge and pour the panna cotta over the jelly. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Panna cotta à la vanille

To easily unmold your panna cotta, quickly run the back of the ramekin under hot water. Serve with a few raspberries around.
