Melon Lime Lemonade
Comme promis, après la limonade au pamplemousse, with lemon and mint voici une nouvelle recette pour profiter des derniers melons charentais français. Après vous être gavés avoir profité comme il se doit de la saison des melons (ici c’était des fois repas melon), je vous ai concocté une recette au bon goût de l’été car oui on est pas encore psychologiquement prêt à affronter l’automne !!!
Jetez vous donc sur les derniers melon et goûtez à cette limonade qui j’espère vous plaira beaucoup!
Melon Lime Lemonade
Ingredients (pour un litre)
- 1/2 melon charentais
- 60 key of water
- 150 g cane sugar
- The juice of 4 limes
Description
In a pot, faites chauffer l’eau et le sucre, boil the water 5 minutes then leave to cool.
Découpez le melon, peel it and cut the flesh into cubes. Place the melon in a blender and filter the juice through a strainer..
Squeeze the limes, mix with the melon juice and the cooled sugar syrup.
Enjoy chilled with ice cubes !
