Chocolate-hazelnut spread {vegan}

The result is more than up to par, it's up to you to judge !

And why not try a chocolate-almond version with almond puree ?!

DIY chocolate-hazelnut spread {vegan}

Ingredients (pour 1 pot)

  • 150 g of whole hazelnut puree
  • 95 g of acacia honey or agave syrup
  • 25 g of bitter chocolate powder
  • 80 ml of oat milk
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Description

Mix all the ingredients together (except milk) and dilute little by little with the vegetable milk.

Pour into a jar and keep cool.

To be enjoyed without moderation !!! And to try with the Mini palm trees with homemade spread, For example !

      You can find these in organic grocery stores but you can also make them yourself by mixing hazelnuts or almonds for a long time but taking care to take breaks so that the mixture does not heat up..

  • So there great minds meet ! I pay more and more attention to what I eat, I stopped eating nuts and I also stopped cow's milk so your recipe based on oat milk is perfect, I really want to try it.
    By the way, I make your risotto recipe every month, it has become a reference that I love !!

      Thank you very much miss, it’s true that the nut’ it’s good but it’s not great for your health as Argone says !!! Delighted that our risotto recipe has become one of your classics 😉

  • Oh WOW, what more can be said? You must become addicted way too quickly 😉

  • Aaah the homemade spread is great !
    Your version sounds good to me, especially since I haven't had a chocolate bar for a few days and a day without my dose of chocolate is a really bad day. I'm testing this tonight.

    Thanks girls for the idea.

    Kisses.

    Ohhh, That tempts me 😀
    I just got my blender/mixer, I could make my almond puree now…remains to find the oat milk and, I know there are none in my supermarket.
    Which one would be closest in terms of taste? ? With rice ? Or even nutty to enhance the taste a little ?
    If you have some leads, I'm interested 😉
    Have a nice chocolate day !
