Ricotta stuffed pasta, spinach and candied tomatoes

And you stuffed pasta, you think about it ?!
Ricotta stuffed pasta, spinach and candied tomatoes
Ingredients (pour 4 people)
- 20 stuffing pasta (type gros conchiglies)
- 600 g fresh spinach
- 400 g the ricotta
- 200 g de homemade candied tomatoes
- 100 g grated parmesan
- Savory
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Precook your pasta for approximately 5 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain them and oil them so they don't stick.
Wash the spinach and put it to melt in a saucepan with the butter for a few minutes, time for the water to evaporate. Then put them to drain.
In a salad bowl, mix the ricotta, belonging, spinach, drained and chopped, candied tomatoes, chiseled savory, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix everything then fill a piping bag with the mixture.
Fill the pasta and place it in a previously oiled baking dish..
Bake 20 minutes.

Enjoy hot with, why not, a salad of baby spinach.

I know this pasta well, Besides, I published a recipe this summer with ricotta and pesto, to serve cold, so this “hot” version recipe tempts me more than anything!
(I can already smell the good smell in my kitchen!)
