Les vitelottes sont des pommes de terre que je trouve magiques, leur couleur violette est magnifique (même si elle s’estompe un peu à la cuisson) et m’émerveille toujours (Yes yes… il ne faut pas grand chose pour m’émerveiller !!!).

Les pommes de terre façon hasselback est une recette qui nous viens des pays du nord de l’Europe. After cooking, les pommes de terre sont croustillantes à l’extérieur et fondante à l’intérieur, juste parfait ! Le secret réside dans la découpe des pommes de terre, you will see it is a bit long and meticulous but it is very simple.

Hasselback vitelotte potatoes and pink fleur de sel

Ingredients (pour 4)

  • 4 beautiful vitelotte potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Pink fleur de sel recipe ici

Description

Preheat the oven to 220°.

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices 2 mm taking care not to go to the end of the potato but going down quite low all the same.

Put them in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil..

Bake 30 To 45 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.

Serve with pink salt.
