Homemade hazelnut puree

Finally, c’est juste une recette super simple(well, there are only hazelnuts in the recipe), but just as for Peanut butter, it is better to be equipped with a good mixer / blender, under penalty of leaving your favorite robot there or your nerves your patience !!! Bon, and for this hazelnut puree two possible options, the one with roasted hazelnuts and the one raw, it's up to you to choose your favorite recipe !

So let's go, get started with the recipe for homemade hazelnut puree, and I assure you that your toast will not be able to do without it (good and neither do you) !!!

Ingredients
  1. 500 grams of hazelnuts
  2. hazelnut oil (optional)
Preparation
  1. There are two options in the hazelnut puree, roasted or unroasted.
  2. For the first option, preheat the oven to 200°. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake 5-10 minutes. It is important to check the cooking of the hazelnuts and stir them from time to time..
  3. The second step is the same regardless of the option chosen.
  4. Put the hazelnuts in a blender and blend until you obtain a liquid puree. Take breaks from time to time to avoid the blender overheating as it takes more or less time.
  5. You can add 1 tablespoon hazelnut oil if needed.
  6. Pot and store 3 weeks.

It can be stored in the fridge or at room temperature., you can incorporate it into cakes instead of butter.

    Bonjour

I tried and only got a very thick paste that stuck to the edges of the mixer bowl..

It would have been necessary to continue the mixing in order to obtain the puree.
