Toasts with wild mushrooms {vegan}
Sur le retour, on s’est arrêter pour ramasser du thym frais, and I must say that the idea was rather good because it is really really better with !
Good bread, good little mushrooms (mushrooms for friends !), a little garlic, thyme and olive oil, here is a list of perfect ingredients for you to enjoy !
- 2 good handfuls of mixed wild mushrooms (for us chanterelle trumpets, chanterelles and sheep’s feet)
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 1 good drizzle of olive oil
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Start by cleaning the mushrooms well.
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the slices of bread and place in the oven. 15 minutes.
- Brown the mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over high heat., add the thyme and cook while stirring 5-7 minutes, until the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.
- Take the toast out of the oven, rub them with a clove of garlic then spread the mushrooms on top.
- Enjoy hot !

12.11.14I love savory toast ! On winter evenings I like sandwich meals or homemade cheese-bread-good wine meals. !
Sans transition, you are a young mother ? A fan of carrying too ! Mini-Mademoiselle will have a great time with such a talented mother in the kitchen !
Emilie
12.11.14Ah I'm just like you, it's so simple and comforting !
Yes Mini-miss at 14 months now and we have carried her a lot as a physio baby carrier and a sling and we always carry her for long walks because she also wants to walk alone a lot !
Thank you for your lovely compliments Pauline 😉

13.11.14My doll sees you soon 5 month (déjà !), the baby sling saved my life !!! For now, I only use that but I also invested in a physio baby carrier, that will be for later !
For the cheese and red wine toasts, I'm waiting a little longer because I'm breastfeeding so it's more cheese-Evian toast, not the same flavor !!!!!
Emilie
14.11.14Oh yes, the baby carrier with reducer saved us too ! Yes I know that, I almost breastfed him 10 months and in addition she is allergic to milk proteins so for me it was no red wine and no cheese !!! Kisses to your doll
Pauline
14.11.14This is not the ideal place to talk about this but breastfeed until 10 month… my dream ! Bravo !
